Chicken Ball

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gr ground chicken
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 1 pc Proteinc chicken egg
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 50 gr wood ear mushroom

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until it comes together.
  2. Boil one litre of water in a pot
  3. Turn chicken ball paste into a dough and place into boiling pot.
  4. Boil for 5 minutes until chicken ball floats.
  5. Take out and drain.

Dumpling

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gr ground chicken
  • 4 stalks green onion
  • 4 tbs flour
  • 1 pc Proteinc chicken egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 10 pcs dumpling wrapper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients except dumpling wrapper in a bowl.
  2. Fill dumpling wrapper with chicken filling, turn into dumpling shape and seal edges with water.

Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 stalks green onion
  • 4 cm ginger
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 liter mineral water
  • 5 pcs wood ear mushroom

DIRECTIONS

  1. Crush and slice garlic and ginger finely.
  2. Saute garlic, ginger and green onion with sesame oil until golden brown.
  3. Add water, stir to boil.
  4. Add slices of wood ear mushroom, chicken ball and dumpling into soup.
  5. Leave for 5 minutes to boil.
  6. Chicken dumpling soup is ready to serve.
