Chocolate Egg Pudding
2 tbs cocoa powder
4 tbs granulated sugar
2 pcs Proteinc chicken eggs
1 pcs Proteinc egg yolk
160 ml whole milk
100 ml whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Beat egg yolk and add vanilla extract, mix until egg yolk is pale in color.
Add whole milk and add 50ml of whipping cream, mix until smooth.
Add cocoa powder and mix well until no lumps remain.
Strain batter through fine sieve and divide batter into 3 small bowls. Cover each bowl with aluminium foil.
Prepare steamer and steam pudding with low heat for 45 minutes.
While waiting for the pudding to steam, beat 50ml of liquid whipping cream until the texture becomes foamy then refrigerate.
Remove pudding from steamer and let cool for 30 minutes in room temperature.
Add cold whipped cream on top of pudding and sprinkle with cocoa powder as garnish.
